JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provide technical support and guidance to ensure smooth execution of digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal system performance.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of digital tools and technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, sharing insights with the team.
• Supports new projects, OS installations, upgrades, patches, and creation of documentation.
• Research and evaluate new hardware and software solutions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance works as scheduled.
• Review and conduct impact analysis of IT infrastructure requirements and issues.
• Keep track of IT inventory.
• To provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers.
• NAS / SAN Storage - Carry out routine administrative tasks for servers such as backup, data.
housekeeping, security patches update, creation/deletion of user accounts and audits requirements.
• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Develop and enhance IT policies, SOPs and work practices.
• Actively participate and support IT related projects.
• Revamp / improve organisation websites / intranet.
• Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent with Minimum 3-year working experience in an IT position.
- Familiar in Networking systems, firewalls, routers, switches and backup solutions.
- Knowledge in Windows Server implementation, administration and support.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of digital technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
