DACCnDAYS Online PTM booking (6 November 2022)
Booking must be made using a valid email address, mobile number and full name of students. Please click the drop-down menu below for the student's class & teacher. Please note that you need to book separately for each student.
Important Notes
- Appointment slots are subject to availability.
- Each appointment slot for online PTM will last for 15 mins only.
- Phone number is optional. Please note that phone number can only be used for one booking.
- Please note that we can only serve one student per appointment slot per class.
- Upon successful booking, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Please check your junk/spam inbox as the email might land there.
- Zoom details for the online PTM will be sent by Friday, 4 November 2022.
