Head of Division - Dawah

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible to manage and plan the operations of Dawah Division (DD). The candidate will need to lead and conduct strategic planning for the division and facilitate collaborative projects locally and with foreign organizations that are in line with the objectives of MCAS. He/She will also be tasked to provide regular reports to the management and be in-charge of all programmes in the Da’wah Division which include :

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Public and In-House Talks
• Da’wah Trainings, Workshops and Conference
• Develop and Manage the Da’wah Youth Wing
• Develop and Manage the new Da’wah Portal
• Manage the free Da’wah Publications
• Develop Da’wah Manuals

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree in any field
• Comprehensive understanding of the da’wah landscape in Singapore and the region
• Experienced in team and project management as well as reports for management
• At least 5 years of proven leadership skills and experience in supervising, training, and mentoring staff
• Positive attitude and an excellent team player
• Strong networking and management abilities (able to make decisions under pressure and delegate effectively)
• Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
