About Speaker:
Ustaz Muhammad Luqman Hakim Roslan:
Ustaz Luqman is a graduate of Islamic University of Madinah, majoring in Islamic Law and Jurisprudence. He is currently a Youth Development Officer and Mosque Religious Officer at An-Nahdhah Mosque and also part of the Asatizah Youth Network.
He also holds a graduate diploma in Counseling Psychology and finds that as much as physical health is important, mental health is also key to progress in this world. Ultimately, one would need spiritual awareness to truly succeed.
In his free time, he would play basketball or workout with youth or just take the opportunity to spend more time with family. He advocates a healthy lifestyle and believes in the simple pleasures of life.

This talk will discuss the prevalent issue of arrogance and self-righteousness in society. It will explore why the Holier than Thou mentality exists and how feeling morally superior and resenting others for their mistakes might lead to the destruction of a believer.
Join our speaker and understand the difference between righteousness and self-righteousness, how to free ourselves from this destructive trait and cultivate the true character of a believer.
