HR Manager
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a competent, passionate, and skilled HR professional to join our growing organization. As an HR Professional, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies and general administration functions at our location. Your role will involve executing HR strategies in various areas, including employee engagement, industrial relations, employee welfare, talent attraction, and HR analytics.
We are looking for someone who excels in multitasking, negotiation, and communication skills, possesses a strategic mindset, leads with empathy, is a problem solver, and is tech-savvy.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines.
• Manage general administration functions such as attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records.
• Execute HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and create a positive work culture.
• Handle industrial relations by fostering effective communication and resolving employee concerns or disputes.
• Design and implement employee welfare programs to promote a healthy work-life balance and enhance employee satisfaction.
• Develop and implement talent attraction strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
• Utilize HR analytics to gather and analyze data related to employee performance, turnover, and other relevant metrics.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of HR initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR professional, demonstrating expertise in various HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
