Officer - Converts' Care Support
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an individual to manage all aspects of One-Stop Conversion Center operations and administrative matters. He/she will liaise with relevant agencies and provide support in attending to public queries and other programmes under the division.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Procure and prepare of New Muslim Welcome kit, Pre-Conversion Tool Kit and Registrar Officers starter pack kit.
- Manage the online conversion & card collection booking system on the MCAS Website.
- Preparation and weekly submission of new converts details (CRISP) to Office of Mufti (OOM), MUIS.
- Data entry management of convert’s details in SAP.
- Attend and answer public queries on conversion and converts related matter.
- Generate statistical report.
- Prepare monthly Exco report and OSCC Quarterly Report.
- Provide administrative support for the online and physical conversion ceremony.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative working experience
- Experience in organizing events and activities will be added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Critical and analytical thinking skills with keen attention to details
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Keen to make a difference in a convert’s life journey
- Able to start work immediately will be added advantageous
