Officer - Converts' Care Support


JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an individual to manage all aspects of One-Stop Conversion Center operations and administrative matters. He/she will liaise with relevant agencies and provide support in attending to public queries and other programmes under the division.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Procure and prepare of New Muslim Welcome kit, Pre-Conversion Tool Kit and Registrar Officers starter pack kit.
  • Manage the online conversion & card collection booking system on the MCAS Website.
  • Preparation and weekly submission of new converts details (CRISP) to Office of Mufti (OOM), MUIS.
  • Data entry management of convert’s details in SAP.
  • Attend and answer public queries on conversion and converts related matter.
  • Generate statistical report.
  • Prepare monthly Exco report and OSCC Quarterly Report.
  • Provide administrative support for the online and physical conversion ceremony.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative working experience
  • Experience in organizing events and activities will be added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills with keen attention to details
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Keen to make a difference in a convert’s life journey
  • Able to start work immediately will be added advantageous

We offer a remuneration package that will be commensurate with your qualification/s and experience. All new employees will be appointed on a contract basis.
