Officers - Business & Social Services
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We’re seeking two enthusiastic team players to join our Business & Social Services division!
In this role, you will manage our monthly Financial Assistance Applications with care. You will maintain client information, conduct follow-ups, and prepare insightful case reports. You'll also keep our Financial Assistance database up to date and assist with program activities, including coordinating meaningful house visits.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum Diploma from local polytechnic or other relevant recognized institutions
- At least 1 year of related working experience
- Strong understanding of procedural guidelines and practices.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in teams
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
