Officers - Da'wah Division


RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for 2 candidates for the following responsibilities:

  • 1. Responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of various events in Da’wah Division, including public talks and in-house talks, which encompasses event planning, vendor and venue coordination, marketing, budget management, attendee experience, and post-event evaluation. The candidate will also assist in planning and executing the Befrienders' Programme, and perform other duties as assigned.
  • 2. Responsible for planning of content and engagement strategies for Online Dawah, involving collaboration with knowledgeable Asatizah. Additionally, oversee and coordinate interactions within the Fellow Asatizah Network (FAN), which includes arranging relevant training initiatives for FAN Asatizah members.

  • REQUIREMENTS

    • A good university degree from a recognized university
    • At least 2 years of experience in organizing conferences, seminars, workshops, and training programmes and activities for the youth
    • Independent, resourceful, proactive and possess strong problem-solving skills
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as being able to work well in teams
    • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
    • Familiar with religious matters
    • Knowledge in the following will be an added advantage:

    We offer a remuneration package that will be commensurate with your qualification/s and experience. All new employees will be appointed on a contract basis.
