We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Conversion Ceremony Support Specialist (part-time). The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth and accurate execution of the conversion ceremony process. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and maintaining the accuracy of converts and witnesses’ documents, as well as assisting with any related queries.
Support and coordinate the preparation for the conversion ceremony.
Verify the authenticity and accuracy of converts' and witnesses' documents.
Assemble the New Muslim Welcome Kit for each new convert.
Handle the printing of Form B and Conversion cards for official documentation.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing walk-in and phone queries related to conversion procedures and matters.
Assist with conversion card replacements and guide converts through the necessary procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in handling official documentation and maintaining accuracy.
Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under pressure.
