IT Executive (Systems Infrastructure & Project Management) - Corporate Affairs Division
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive (Systems Infrastructure & Project Management) to manage and safeguard the Association’s IT systems, cybersecurity controls, and data-protection measures. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets while supporting stable and resilient IT operations across the Association.
You will oversee core IT infrastructure, lead cybersecurity best practices, and work closely with the appointed Data Protection Officer (DPO) to support PDPA compliance. As a technical lead, you will also manage IT incidents, contribute to business continuity planning, managing and coordinating IT-related projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum diploma in IT, cybersecurity, information systems or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CRISC, CISSP — desirable, not mandatory).
- At least 2–5 years experience in systems administration, security operations or similar roles.
- Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), endpoint management, identity management and network security.
- Familiar with PDPA/data-protection implications for systems and processes; experience working with a DPO advantageous.
- Strong documentation, risk-assessment and incident-management skills.
