IT Officer (Operations & Support) - Corporate Affairs Division
We are looking for a service-oriented IT Executive (Operations & Support) to provide dependable day-to-day IT support and ensure the smooth operation of end-user systems across the organisation. This role serves as the first point of contact for IT-related matters and plays a key role in enabling staff to work efficiently through reliable and well-managed technology.
You will support staff onboarding and offboarding, maintain IT assets and workplace systems, and assist users with collaboration and productivity tools. The role requires clear communication with non-technical users, prompt issue resolution, and strong adherence to IT policies and data-protection requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum diploma in IT, cybersecurity, information systems or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CRISC, CISSP — desirable, not mandatory).
- At least 2–5 years experience in systems administration, security operations or similar roles.
- Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), endpoint management, identity management and network security.
- Familiar with PDPA/data-protection implications for systems and processes; experience working with a DPO advantageous.
- Strong documentation, risk-assessment and incident-management skills.
