Officer (Accounts Receivable) - Finance
(6-Month Contract)

The Muslim Converts’ Association of Singapore (Darul Arqam Singapore) (MCAS) is looking for a capable Accounts Receivable Executive to strengthen our Finance team and ensure accurate, timely processing of receipts, collections, and reconciliations. ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Finance Team Lead, you will ensure that receipts, donations, and collections are processed accurately and on time.
You will play an important role in maintaining smooth financial operations and delivering a positive experience for donors and stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Issue and manage receipts, donations, and banking transactions
- Generate and monitor monthly sales invoices
- Process GIRO collections
- Support donation box collections and reconciliations
- Handle Zakat and fundraising collections
- Support Zakat operations during Ramadan
- Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records and documentation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting or finance support experience
- Experience in non-profit or charity sector is a plus
- Familiar with Accounts Receivable and general ledger processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems (SAP is an advantage)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- High integrity and accountability
