Booking must be made using a valid home address, email address, mobile number and Name (as in NRIC or FIN, where applicable).

Important Notes
- Appointment slots are subject to availability.
- Please note that we can only serve one transaction per appointment slot.
- Please change or cancel your appointment if you cannot make it for the appointment due to health or other reasons as least 1 working day in advance.
- Upon successful booking you will receive a confirmation email.
- Bookings are non-transferrable.
