You must submit your appeal through the LMS Feedback & Claim Form along with official supporting documents (e.g., Medical Certificate, official employer letter) within 7 working days of notification.
10What types of supporting documents are accepted for an appeal?
If you are submitting an appeal to replace a missed class, please provide one of the following valid documents along with your LMS Feedback & Claim Form:

11How do I submit my claim?
During your last class, your teacher will provide time for you to complete the Feedback & Claim Form in the LMS.
In this form, you must provide your bank details and complete a self-check of your attendance.
12When can I submit and process my claim?
For verified converts: You must submit your claim form at the end of your final class.
For potential converts: You must still fill out the claim form at the end of your course, but your claim will only be processed and completed after your official conversion ceremony.
13When will I receive my incentive payment?
For standard claims: Payments are typically disbursed to the student's bank account by the 15th of the following month.
For appeal cases: Appeal cases are processed in the month following the submission. Once your appeal is approved and verified by the Education Division, the payment will be disbursed by the 15th of that subsequent month.

If you do not have a local bank account, you can make a cash claim in person.
However, you must collect your cash incentive within two weeks after your final lesson, otherwise, it may be forfeited.
15Can I claim the incentive for the same course multiple times if I retake it?
No, each eligible course can only be claimed once by the same learner.
