CATEGORIES OF KNOWLEDGE AND PRINCIPLE OF WISDOM

In the Preface, Imam Abdullah Alwi Alhaddad wrote that those possessed of hearts and secrets are those to whom Allah has given wisdom. As the Exalted says,:

““He grants wisdom to whom He please, and he to whom wisdom is granted receive indeed a benefit overflowing; ,but none will grasp the Message but men of understanding.” Surah 2 Baqara Verse 269.
