The Final Departure @ Pusara Aman Mosque

Learn about the final journey that will be embarked by every Muslim, the etiquette of visiting the Muslim cemetery, the burial processes in Singapore, and take a short walk down the cemetery for a complete experiential learning!
Itinerary
9.45am: Meet at MCAS (Darul Arqam). No refreshments provided, please have your own breakfast.
10.15am: Depart from MCAS
11.00am: Arrive behind Pusara Aman Mosque. Introduction on etiquettes of visiting the cemetery.
11.20am: Short Tour of the Mosque
11.45am: Talk by Ustaz Muhammad Fizar Zainal
12.15pm: Introduction to Muslim Funeral with Practical Session
12.45pm: Q & A
1.00pm: Prepare for Zuhr Congregational Prayers
1.30pm: Lunch is provided
2.00pm: Depart for CCK MRT and MCAS (Darul Arqam)

FAQ
Attire:
Men and women should both dress modestly, in looser-fitting clothing that covers the arms and legs, no shorts or sleeveless shirts for either gender.
Women on Menses:
Women in a state of menstruation can still join this Visit. It is the main prayer hall that you will not be allowed to enter. Female volunteers will assist to note the areas on that day.
Change of Mind:
If you cannot attend this Visit after you have registered, do email to m.amiruddin@mcas.sg with your name and phone number.
Meeting Venue:
You may choose to meet us at the Pusara Aman Mosque directly instead of MCAS. Do indicate your choice at the registration form.
Families and Friends:
Do invite your friends and families to this Visit. Please inform them to register below.
Children (under 16 years):
Do encourage your child(ren) to come along for this Visit. Register for them under your name indicating the number of children. For children above the age of 16, please register them individually.
Parking:
You may park your vehicle at the carparks near the Pusara Aman Mosque.
Communication:
A WhatsApp group will be set up prior to this trip. It is a form of communication between MCAS and the participants. This whatsapp group will be closed on 29 May 2023.
